Led by Somatic Sound & Movement Facilitator Kary Youman (aka DJ Somatix), Reset Workshops blend music, breath, and intuitive movement in a format that’s accessible, grounding, and restorative. No choreography, no pressure—just presence and permission.
The Five Phases:
1. Ground (0–2 min)
Arrive in your body through breath, gentle sway, and stillness.
Prompt: “Land in your body.”
2. Awaken (2–4 min)
Explore movement through curiosity and sensation.
Prompt: “Follow the pulse.”
3. Express (4–7 min)
Let your body release emotion, tension, and stuck energy.
Prompt: “Move what’s stuck. Let it rise.”
4. Release (7–9 min)
Shake, bounce, or breathe—this is the letting go.
Prompt: “Let it go. Let it leave.”
5. Land (9–11 min)
Slow down and integrate. Feel what’s shifted.
Prompt: “Breathe into the new.”
